Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones/Checking messages/ returning calls & greeting clients
- Updating & distributing rental lists
- The mail (delivering it to post office before you leave)/the postage meter/ordering office supplies
- Updating the rental book (white book) DAILY!!!!
- Preparing move in packets for maintenance/ managers (keys, remotes, etc.)
- Backing up the property managers (application processing, lease typing, and showings, as needed). Back up for the managers, and real estate people in this office.
- Backing up Maintenance (emails, work orders/emergencies, etc.)
- Notifying IT department if list is NOT accurate at all times
- Writing letters/newsletters/notices
- Utilities in and out of name (as tenants move out).
- Make keys as needed and assist with mail outs. Etc.
- Must be Dependable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Phones
- Strong computer skills: Outlook; Word
- Office equipment skills- Postage meter, phones, copier
- Non- smoker
- Phone switchboard; multi-tasker
- Must be honest and trustworthy, friendly and helpful
- Strong organizational skills a MUST
- Excellent writing and verbal skills are needed
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
